Module 2 - Personal leadership.

Learn about shadow work - Everything we don’t want to face and own up to about who we are as individuals, is holding us back from exploring our full potential.
This transformational tool will turn your world upside down, and will help you grow in every aspect of your life.

The ego’s fear strategies - Get to know and befriend your own fears and learn to help others do the same.
We’ll teach you to identify fear and replace it with personal leadership.

Powerful communication - In a highly competitive business world and also in your private setting, it’s crucial that you can communicate powerfully and effectively, in order to build strong relationships.

It’s about knowing how to get the best result for you, your department and your company.

Module 3 - Neuroscience in leadership

Essentially, neuroleadership uses the scientific study of the brain to establish leadership theories in the workplace.

Recent discoveries about the brain's function have resulted in a broadened understanding of how behavior is affected.

Make better decisions - Understanding neurological patterns and brain circuits enables us to have a greater understanding of why we make specific decisions. The decision-making process begins when stimuli alert neurons in the hippocampus to initiate a neural response.

Neuroscience helps leaders and agents of change tobecome more agile, able to adapt and make faster decisions - Relying on our habitual ways of thinking and behaving is not helpful when dealing with the new or the different, as many of us have been forced to experience in the last couple of years. We must be able to change, to be flexible.

Leaders who are more able to adapt to life’s ever changing circumstances and events are likely to be more effective, influential, able to pivot and change, or break habits more easily than others, whilst remaining true to themselves and the business’s strengths and values.

We actually change the structure and function of the brain by what we choose to do. Choose wisely.Recover, remap and reorganise.

Neuroplasticity refers to the ability to change neural networks in the brain and how it makes new connections and changes existing connections through learning, practice, experiences and environmental influences.

It is a form of remapping or reorganising the brain and explains how the brain can recover from damage through reinforcement or repetitive activities.

Neuroplasticity enhances patterns of thinking, making relevant networks stronger and irrelevant ones weaker, bettering our learning and memory.
